Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Teamdock account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Data Processing Agreement. Teamdock is operated by Raymond Demarteau, Netherlands ("Teamdock", "we", "us"). Questions: legal@teamdock.ai.

2. The service

Teamdock provides a hosted workspace for WooCommerce store management — including orders, customers, support tickets, live chat, and AI tools — accessible at a subdomain of teamdock.ai. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account and access

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • One subscription covers one WooCommerce store. Contact us for multi-store arrangements.
  • You must be 18 years or older and authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.

4. Payments and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it begins on the date your workspace is provisioned. No charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends at no cost.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable data protection laws
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
  • Send spam or abusive content through the platform
  • Process categories of personal data that require explicit consent (e.g. health data, biometrics) without first obtaining that consent from the data subjects

7. Your data and GDPR

You retain ownership of all data you import or generate in Teamdock. You are the data controller for your store's customer data. We process it on your behalf as a data processor under the terms of our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of this agreement and is binding on both parties.

8. AI features

Teamdock offers optional AI-powered features (ticket summarisation, reply suggestions, intent detection). When enabled, support ticket content including customer personal data is transmitted to the AI provider you have selected. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to use these features and for informing your customers as required by applicable law. See our DPA for the list of approved AI sub-processors.

9. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime SLA on standard plans. Support is provided via email at legal@teamdock.ai.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your workspace data will be deleted within 30 days. You may request an export of your data before termination.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teamdock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
