How accounts work

You sign in to the Teamdock app with an account of your company's workspace (yourcompany.teamdock.ai). Your company creates and manages these accounts. The app itself creates none.

What you can ask for

Your own account. We delete what Teamdock keeps about you: your devices for notifications, your preferences, two-step verification, sessions and your personal mailbox connection. Your company's administrator removes your login itself, and we tell them about your request. Messages you wrote in tickets or chats belong to your company's records and stay there unless they delete them.
The whole workspace (owners only). We close the workspace and delete its data as described in our data processing agreement: the database, files and backups, within 30 days after the end of the subscription.

We confirm every request by e-mail before we delete anything, and answer within 30 days. More in our privacy policy.

Nederlands: je account verwijderen

Je logt in de Teamdock-app in met een account van de werkplek van je bedrijf (jouwbedrijf.teamdock.ai). Die accounts maakt en beheert je bedrijf; de app maakt er geen.

Je eigen account. Wij verwijderen wat Teamdock over jou bewaart: je apparaten voor meldingen, je voorkeuren, tweestapsverificatie, sessies en de koppeling met je persoonlijke mailbox. De beheerder van je bedrijf verwijdert je login zelf; wij laten hem of haar weten dat je erom vroeg. Berichten die je in tickets of chats schreef horen bij de administratie van je bedrijf.
De hele werkplek (alleen de eigenaar). Wij sluiten de werkplek en verwijderen de gegevens zoals in onze verwerkersovereenkomst staat: database, bestanden en back-ups, binnen 30 dagen na het einde van het abonnement.

We bevestigen elk verzoek per e-mail voordat we iets verwijderen en antwoorden binnen 30 dagen. Gebruik het formulier hierboven.
