Kismet

AI that stays in the EU, in a gateway of your own.

Kismet is the AI layer of Teamdock. Each workspace gets its own gateway, running next to its data in Germany. Every AI request goes through it, on models hosted in the EU.

One gateway per workspace

Your gateway serves your workspace and no other. It has its own access key, its own limits and its own log.

EU models by default

Requests go to Mistral's models in the EU. There are no provider keys to enter and nothing to configure.

Customer details stay behind

Names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and addresses are replaced by placeholders before a request leaves your workspace, and put back inside it.

A log without the content

The gateway records when a request was made, what it was for, which model answered and how many tokens it used. It never stores the prompt or the answer.

What it does in your workspace

  • Writes product texts from the details you enter, in the length your shop uses.
  • Looks up a product's specifications on the web by brand and model, and shows the source of every fact.
  • Answers questions about your orders and customers in the assistant, and drafts replies for you to approve.
  • Sorts incoming tickets by subject, priority and tone.
  • Designs your shop from a description and changes it by chat.

Outside the EU only if you say so

Two optional services run outside the EU: Claude, for the design chat and as a stand-in for product texts, and Jev, for sorting tickets. Both are off. An administrator switches them on in the workspace and can switch them off again. Claude never receives customer or order data. Jev receives only the text of a ticket, with the placeholders in it.

You see what it costs

Every plan includes AI credits each month. Your workspace shows what is left and what each feature used. When credits run low you top up with a pack. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.

What it does not promise

Replacing personal details works by pattern matching, so free text can still contain something it misses. That is why a person on your team reads every draft before it is sent or published.
