All about Logistics →- Do I have to leave Sendcloud or Picqer?
- No. Keep them. Shipments from Picqer come into the same desk, and your customer gets the tracking page and the e-mails from Teamdock. Sendcloud keeps making your labels as it does now.
- Can I use my own regional haulier?
- Yes. Carriers you have your own contract with, and regional hauliers through Teamdock Pier: with a connection, by e-mail, or with the driver link if they have no IT. Essentials includes one own carrier, Pro up to five, Max as many as you need.
- What does it cost?
- It is part of every plan. There is no fee per label and no fee per shipment. Returns, proof of delivery and the cost check come with Pro and Max.
