Teamdock Pier · for carriers
Your web shop customers book you, in their own system.
With Teamdock Pier you receive transport orders from shops that run on Teamdock and send the status back. Free, and possible without an IT department.

Three ways to connect. You choose.
- 1
No IT
Your driver opens a link and taps picked up or delivered, with a name and a photo.
- What you need
- A phone with internet in the cab. No app, no account.
- What it costs you
- Nothing
- 2
By e-mail
Orders arrive as a plain transport order in your inbox.
- What you need
- An e-mail address your planners read.
- What it costs you
- Nothing
- 3
With a connection
Signed messages both ways, using your own status codes. The shop maps them once.
- What you need
- A TMS or a developer who can send and receive a webhook.
- What it costs you
- Nothing
What the shop sends you
- The consignee and the delivery address
- The goods: pallet type, size and weight per package
- What the delivery needs: tail lift, call ahead, a fixed day
- The customer's note
No e-mail address of the receiver. A phone number only if the shop chooses to share it.
What you get back
- Fewer "where is it?" calls
- A receiver who has already confirmed the day
- The right truck: tail lift, call ahead and fixed day are in the order
- Proof of delivery the shop accepts, recorded by your own driver
When the shop records your rate, your invoice is checked against it, with proof on both sides. Fair to you and to the shop.
Security, in four lines
- One connection per shop: a key never reaches another shop.
- Every message over the connection is signed.
- Status updates carry only the city, never an address.
- Pier keeps no addresses of its own: they stay with the shop and in your order.
Want to connect?
Tell us how you receive orders today. We will reply within one working day.
We start with one pilot: a regional pallet haulier that already drives for one of our customers. That way Pier runs on real shipments from day one, not on an empty network. Next come the carriers our shops already work with.
We share the specification by invitation with pilot carriers for now. A public version will follow.
Common questions
For web shops: Teamdock Logistics →- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Pier is free for carriers: no connection fee and no fee per order.
- Do I have to build software?
- No. With the driver link or by e-mail you need no software at all. A connection is for carriers who want one, from their own TMS.
- Who is my customer?
- The shop, as it is now. Your agreement and your invoice stay between you and the shop.
- Which status codes do I use?
- Your own. The shop maps them to its statuses once; after that every update arrives as you send it.
- Is there one portal for all my shops?
- Not yet. For now each shop connects with you separately. If you drive for several shops on Teamdock, tell us: it decides what we build next.
