How HCB moved its whole operation into one workspace

HCB sells through its own WooCommerce shop, on its own hosting. The team started by trying Teamdock's product form. A few weeks later the whole company worked from Teamdock.

products brought in from the existing shop

migrations: the shop stayed on HCB's own hosting

The starting point

HCB already had a working WooCommerce shop with a large catalogue. They did not want to move it. They wanted a faster way to list products and one place for the team to work.

How it went

  1. The pilot: Teamdock's product form, connected to HCB's shop over the WooCommerce REST API.
  2. HCB sent ten requests for the form. Nine were built and shipped by 8 September 2026.
  3. 15 September 2026: HCB moved its entire workflow onto Teamdock.

What they use

  • Product Studio for new listings, with brand, model and type first
  • One product form instead of a stack of tabs
  • A category picker that handles the full four-level tree
  • Orders and customer questions in the same workspace as the catalogue
The product list with stock, type and price, and a tab for drafts.

Screens from the Teamdock app. Van Dijk Techniek is an example company.
