Changelog

What's new

The biggest steps, newest first. Smaller improvements ship every week in between.

New

Website design

  • Describe your shop and choose from three designs, or name sites whose look you like.
  • Change the design by chat or with the controls, and preview it on every page before publishing.
  • Works on a shop we host and on your own WooCommerce.
Milestone

Kismet: your own AI gateway

  • Every workspace gets its own gateway, and all AI runs through it on models hosted in the EU.
  • No provider keys to manage. Claude and Jev are optional and stay off until you switch them on.
  • AI credits: see what each feature used and top up in your workspace.
New

Product lookup and a studio that learns

  • Look up a product's specifications by brand and model. Every fact names its source.
  • The studio remembers which facts you keep and proposes writing rules from the texts you publish.
Improvement

A calmer workspace

  • A new layout with a top bar, a grouped sidebar and side panels for orders, tickets and products.
  • Review product drafts by swiping, then publish them in one step.
  • Keyboard shortcuts, and the assistant beside any page with Ctrl or ⌘ J.
New

Tickets organised by whose move it is

  • Separate views for tickets waiting on you and tickets waiting on the customer.
  • Reply straight from the list, add internal notes, and snooze a ticket until it needs attention.
  • Tickets marked done move to the archive after 7 days, so nobody has to tidy up by hand.
Improvement

Customer data is pseudonymised before any AI request

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses and VAT numbers are swapped for placeholders before a request leaves your workspace, and put back in the answer.
  • Pattern matching can miss things, so this reduces what the AI provider sees; it does not remove everything.
  • Our data processing agreement (DPA 1.2) describes it.
New

VAT that follows your shop's country

  • VAT rates, reverse charge and exports follow the country your shop is based in.
  • Reverse-charge orders are booked in WooCommerce at 0% VAT.
  • Orders and quote requests in German or French become a draft order, VAT number included.
New

Label printing

  • Design your own labels with a drag-and-drop designer, sized for your printer.
  • Print one label or a whole batch at once.
Milestone

Paid plans open, on tested infrastructure

  • Paid subscriptions opened on 20 September.
  • Customer workspaces run on their own server, separate from the website and signup.
  • In a recovery drill we rebuilt our main server from backups on a new machine; customer workspaces were reachable again within 13 minutes.
New

Product Studio

  • Pair your phone and photograph products; the photos are grouped into one draft per product.
  • AI writes the title and description from the details you enter. You check every draft before it goes to your shop.
New

Your own domain for shop and email

  • Run your web shop on your own domain instead of a teamdock.ai address.
  • Send email from your own domain, and connect several team mailboxes.
New

An assistant that acts, with your approval

  • Ask about orders, customers, sales and your agenda in plain language.
  • It can change orders, prepare quotes, reply to tickets and plan meetings. Every change waits for your approval in the chat.
New

Automations

  • Build “when this happens, do that” rules in a visual block editor.
  • Start from ready-made templates for tickets, orders and product photos.
  • Redesigned in September: clearer blocks, and Dropbox and Airtable as steps.
Milestone

The first workspaces

  • Every company gets its own isolated workspace, with its own container and database.
  • Orders, customers, support tickets and team chat in one place.
  • Invoicing with Peppol e-invoicing, Dutch company-registry (KvK) lookups and EU VAT checks.
  • Phone calls through Rinkel, and shipping with PostNL, DPD, GLS and Sendcloud.
  • GDPR built in: personal data encrypted at rest, plus export and deletion.
  • Nightly database backups, kept for 14 days.
