Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Teamdock account you agree to these Terms of Service. Teamdock is operated by Teamdock, Netherlands. Questions: legal@teamdock.ai.

2. The service

Teamdock provides a hosted workspace for WooCommerce store management — including orders, customers, support tickets, live chat, and AI tools — accessible at a subdomain of teamdock.ai. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account and access

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • One subscription covers one WooCommerce store. Contact us for multi-store arrangements.

4. Payments and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it begins on the date your workspace is provisioned. No charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends at no cost.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data
  • Reverse-engineer or resell the service
  • Send spam or abusive content through the platform

7. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you import into Teamdock. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime SLA on standard plans. We provide support via email at legal@teamdock.ai.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teamdock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
