Delivered only counts with proof.
The driver opens a link, no app, no account, and records who signed, with a photo or a signature. If a carrier says "delivered" without proof, you see that too.

Record your rates per carrier. When a freight invoice comes in higher, the difference is at the top, with a file you can forward as it is: price per line, photos, times and the full history. The cost check comes with Pro and Max.
Your customer knows when the truck comes.
A tracking page with your name and logo, on your own web address if you like. Your customer confirms the day, picks another, or leaves a message for the carrier.

Common questions
Book a demo with your own shipments- Does it replace Sendcloud or Picqer?
- No. Keep them for your labels and your warehouse. Shipments from Picqer come into the same desk, with the tracking page and the e-mails for your customer. Sendcloud keeps working the way you are used to.
- Which carriers can I use?
- Carriers you have your own contract with, and regional hauliers through Teamdock Pier. Parcels can go via Sendcloud or Picqer. Essentials includes one own carrier, Pro up to five, Max as many as you need.
- My haulier has no IT. Does that work?
- Yes. The driver uses the driver link: a web page on their phone, no app and no account. They tap picked up or delivered and add a name and a photo or signature. The driver link comes with Pro and Max.
- Can the tracking page run on my own domain?
- Yes, in every plan, for example track.yourshop.com. You add one DNS record and Teamdock arranges the certificate.
- What happens when a freight invoice is higher than agreed?
- The difference is flagged on the shipment, and one click gives you a file to forward to the carrier: the agreed price per line, the invoice, photos, times and the full history. The cost check comes with Pro and Max.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing extra. Logistics is part of every plan, with no fee per label or per shipment. Returns, proof of delivery, the cost check and automations on shipment status come with Pro and Max.
