Getting your WooCommerce store live is one thing. Getting it found is another.
Search engines don't know your store exists until you tell them — and traditional
crawling can take days or weeks. This guide walks you through submitting your
Teamdock storefront to Google and Bing in under 10 minutes, and explains how
IndexNow makes sure every product update is picked up within minutes, not days.
What you'll need
Your storefront URL: https://{your-slug}.teamdock.ai/wp
Your sitemap URL: https://{your-slug}.teamdock.ai/wp/sitemap_index.xml
The easiest method for Teamdock stores is the HTML tag method via RankMath:
Google shows you a <meta name="google-site-verification" content="..."> tag
In WordPress admin go to RankMath → General Settings → Webmaster Tools
Paste just the content value into the Google Search Console field
Save, then click Verify in GSC
Submit your sitemap
In GSC go to Sitemaps in the left sidebar
Enter: sitemap_index.xml
Click Submit
RankMath automatically generates a sitemap index at /wp/sitemap_index.xml that covers all pages, products, product categories, and posts. Google will start
crawling within hours of submission.
Copy the content value from the meta tag Bing provides
In WordPress admin go to RankMath → General Settings → Webmaster Tools
Paste it into the Bing Webmaster Tools field
Save, then click Verify in Bing
Submit your sitemap
In Bing Webmaster Tools go to Sitemaps
Click Submit sitemap
Enter your full sitemap URL and click Submit
Step 3 — IndexNow (already set up for you)
Here's the part you don't need to do anything for.
Every Teamdock storefront comes with the IndexNow plugin pre-installed.
IndexNow is an open protocol supported by Bing, Yandex, and other search engines that
lets your store push updates directly to search engines the moment something changes —
instead of waiting for a crawler to come back.

The plugin generates a unique key for your store, hosts it automatically, and pings
the IndexNow API every time you save a post, page, or product. No configuration needed.
You can verify it's active under WordPress Admin → Plugins — look for Bing URL Submissions Plugin.
Step 4 — RankMath quick setup
RankMath SEO comes pre-installed on every Teamdock storefront. Here's the minimum
setup to get full benefit:
Run the Setup Wizard — WordPress Admin → RankMath → Setup Wizard.
Set business type to eCommerce, connect your GSC account for keyword data,
and enable the WooCommerce SEO module.
Set your homepage title and description — go to Pages → Home → Edit,
scroll to the RankMath panel, and write a title (50–60 chars) and description
(120–160 chars) that describe your store.
Enable breadcrumbs — RankMath → Titles & Meta → Global Meta.
This adds structured data that Google shows as a breadcrumb trail in search results.
Product structured data is automatic — RankMath adds Product schema
(price, stock status, ratings) to every WooCommerce product page with no extra setup.
This enables rich results in Google: star ratings and prices shown directly in search.
